Death did call on him though, not to harvest his soul, but more to chat and pass the time because Death was rather lonely and carried a great deal of guilt in his job, and he needed to talk. He often took Foggerton along with him when he was working, more for the company than anything else. Over the years Foggerton took over more and more of Death's work and to stop himself becoming bored he devised an ever increasing list of ways to take life.

During his adventures with death Foggerton experienced many horrors and witnessed sickening events, but they were nothing compared to the sadistic methods that Foggerton used to give himself satisfaction.
